Materials : Selection of right standard materials to suit performance is taken in making it a best technological choice.

Quality Controle : Each Bearings sizes are checked by Japanese Micrometer. Hardness of Bearings is checked by Hardness Testing Machine.

Cleaning : Assembled Bearings are carefully cleaned by high grade lubricating properties.

Lubricating : Bearings are coated with special purpose high grade lubricating oil.

Marking System : Bearings are marked by special purpose machine in accordance to standard numbering schedule.

THE START :

Our quality system ensures strict adherence to specification right from the raw material stage wherein, we check for chemical and also fro physical properties. All raw materials accepted and passed are free from cracks and surface discontinuities.

THE PROCESS :

All our products are checked with Ring & Plug Gauges, Micrometer, Varnier Calipers, Slip Gauges, Batch by Batch. We have Standard Room wherein all Gaues are periodically calibrated we also check our Gauges by outside approved agencies.

THE FINISH :

All test like Hardness, Proof Load, Wedge Load, Tensile Strength, Head Soundness, Elongation in-house yield are done as per sampling plan given in the respective specification and the details are provided with each and every dispatch in the form of Test Certificate to ensure customer satisfaction.

Mounting with Hammer & Mounting Device : The Bearing is frequently mounted with a Hammer & Mounting Device. Do not strike the Bearing directly ; this can damage the Bearing. Hit the Mounting Device with a Hammer , as illustrated above. Tap the Mounting Device lightly , using many strokes .

Removal using Bearing Puller & Soft Metal Device : When removing the Bearing with a Bearing Puller , use a piece of Soft Metal to protectthe shaft from being scratched .

Other Precautions : Bearings are precision product & must be given appropriate treatment at all times.

A great number of Bearings failure occur due to carelessness in handling & fitting . Therefore , it is both advisable & economical to fit bearings with suitable dress fixture under controlled mechanical pressure on the ring which is to be mounted .
